• Perpetual compatibility with future platform DOM redesigns

4. Platform Support & Limitations

• AI Configuration: API keys for AI providers (stored locally on your device)
• Resume/Profile Data: Stored locally in your browser; never uploaded to our servers

B. Automatically Collected Information

• Installation ID: A random identifier to prevent license sharing (stored locally)
• Usage Logs: AI request logs stored locally for your review

2. How We Use Your Information

Server-Side (Minimal)

• License Validation: We store your name and transaction ID to verify your subscription
• Device Locking: Your installation ID is linked to your license to prevent unauthorized sharing
• Activity Logging: We log AI request counts for analytics (no personal data or resume content)

Client-Side (Local)

• Resume Processing: Your resume stays on your device or is sent directly to your chosen AI provider
• Form Filling: All automation happens in your browser; we never see your platform credentials
• AI Responses: Stored locally for your reference and learning

3. Data Sharing

We DO NOT:

• Sell your personal information
• Share your resume or profile data with third parties
• Store or transmit your credentials for LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or Wellfound
• Access your private browsing history outside supported career tabs

We MAY share data with:

• AI Providers: If you configure Gemini, OpenAI, Groq, or xAI, your prompts are sent to those services
• Payment Processors: Razorpay/Stripe receive your payment information (we do not store card details)

4. Data Security

• Encryption: License data is stored securely on Cloudflare Workers KV
• No Credential Storage: We never store your platform passwords
• Local Storage: Sensitive data stays in your browser's local storage

5. Your Rights (India DPDP Act 2023)

• Access: Request a copy of your license data
• Correction: Update your name or transaction ID
• Deletion: Request removal of your license (contact support)
• Withdrawal: Uninstall the extension to stop all data processing

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ApplyAI Pro for personal job search purposes, subject to valid subscription and compliance with these Terms.

2. Permitted Use

• Assist with filling job application forms
• Generate AI-powered responses to application questions
• Manage your job search workflow

3. Prohibited Use

You MAY NOT:

• Use the Tool for commercial job posting or recruitment
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Tool
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the source code
• Use the Tool to spam, harass, or violate platform policies
• Share your license key with others (device-locked licenses)

4. Subscription & Payment

• License Types: 1-Day, 7-Day, 30-Day, Lifetime (as selected at purchase)
• Device Locking: PRO licenses are locked to one device
• Refund Policy: No refunds after license activation (exceptions for technical issues within 24 hours)

Liability & Indemnification

THE TOOL IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, ACCOUNT BANS, OR LOST OPPORTUNITIES. By using this tool, you agree to indemnify ApplyAI Pro developers against any claims.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
